Dear Madame,
Considering the current event health events due to the coronavirus,I am writing this letter to suggest ideas on how the government can make the public more aware of the negative effects sugar can have on society.
It is commonly known that eating to much sugar can lead a number of health problems.Eating to much sugar can have many negative health effects,it also cam lead to weight gain blood sugar problems and an increased risk of heart disease. In Brunei, there are a lot of people who get diabetes.People that have diabetes and heart disease have a veru high risk of getting the coronavirus too.It also can cause Brunei to be more severely impacted by the coronavirus.
To produce these health problems the government should help limit the types of food people eat.We can also increase the amount of food that has a lot of sugar in it,especially Imice cream, chocolate and snacks.Instead of using white sugar, people can use brown sugar because it is naturally sweet that comes from sugar cane. Some people thought having a yougurt, cereal and juice can make them healthier, but it they also contain a lot of sugar.
To help people understand how much sugar they eat and educate them on how to eat on how to eat in a healthy way,the government can do a number of things.First of all,the government should make sure all students know how to read the contains of the food that they eat everyday.Make sure they know how to use food pyramid because it is easier for them to understand.Government also can do motivational talks about how to use sugar in a good way to the students and the society and to make them realize that sugar can effect a very negative health to them.
In light of major health emergency caused by coronavirus,I hope that the government can help our citizens to have good health and please look at the problems also take strict mecessary actions.
Sincerly
(Amirah Alihan)

Good morning, everyone. My name Nur Amirah@Siti Aisyah Binti A.Alihan and it is my pleasure to sprak to you this morning about the effects of social media on teenagers.
Did you know how dangerous social media can be to teenagers? There are a lot of teenagers addicted to social media,by spending 6-10 hours per day on social media. This social media usage can cause cyberbullying among teenagers using applications such as Instagram,Facebook and Twitter.Cyberbullies are people bashing each other on social media when they compare themselves to others.
Social media has negative and positive affects on Brubeian culture,Bruneian people can show how they make traditional food to ther cultures.Other cultures also know how bruneian people speak with manners and their language.Bruneian culture can aslo show what brubeian traditional clothes look like.Social media had negative effects as some of bruneian teenagers will follow other cultures like how they speak with no manners and no respect.Bruneian teenagers are also effected by other cultures fashion, for example wearing revealing clothes.I wonder how many Bruneian teenagers have been influenced by this social media.
And now I’m going to recommend how teenagers can use social media responsibly.I recommend that all teenagers should stop spending their free time on social media so that it is easier to concentrate on studying.
Students, teachers and Principal of Sekolah Tinggi Perempuan Raja Isteri,I would like to thank you all for your kind attention.
It was monday morning when everyone was waking up and having breakfast getting ready for work and studying at school.i went to school as usual.I keep on updating everyday about my tasks, including my school tasks on instagram.
“Amirah!”Nina shouted with a high tone.
“what’s up Nina?”with a calm face.
“Where do you want to go?”Nina ask.
“I need to go to a place.I need to get some food before my father comes to me home.”I answered.
“Please take care of yourself.”Nina looked very worried about me and keep on staring at me a lot,but I ignored her because I had to hurry.Nina gesturing her face to me not to follow any strangers.
When she did not updating to her father after 24 hours, her father got very worried and went to to the police station to ask for help.He waited the police to investigate where his daughter went.
Amirah’s father asked all his daughter’s friends on social media by using her phone, but none of her friends know where she.He than asked all of his daughter’s friends to help him find her.
After 2 days Amirah was missing. Finally her friend Nina admited to Amirah’s father.”I do saw her go to somewhere else to pick some food.”Nina told Amirah’s father. Then her father searched Amirah in the direction she goes. The place that went not a place people usually go.
Luckily 30 minutes later,he found his daughter collapsed near the forest. He is very scared and nervous when he looked at Amirah.Amirah’ father raced over to Amirah to see what was wrong.”Amirah Amirah,”her father cry distressfully, but Amirah wouldn’t respond. When Amirah still did not wake up her father decided he would need help and immediately called an ambulance.
When they arrived at hospital,Amirah was checked by doctor. Finally, she is still alive but a bit weak. When the doctor out from the checking room, she told Amirah’s father, “Your daughter is still alive but a little bit weak because she got food poisoning” with a symphaty look on her face.Amirah’s father didn’t speak anything. What he could only feel relieved that his daughter was safe. After day by day,Amirah healed from food poisoning. She realized that she can’t trust any strangers.Since that day has pass, she stoped playing her smartphone and updating about her everyday life.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.
Why do this?
The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.
To help you get started, here are a few questions:
You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.
Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.
When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
